  11.           Extremly useful if Your Workbench has more than eight colours
  12.           Palette is read from given IFF ILBM or IFF DR2D file.

  14. features: - grabs palette from IFF file, no more typing hundreds of RGB
  15.             values. Just prepare palette with Your favourite paint program
  16.             and voila! 
  17.           - can override IPrefs palette settings (FORCE switch).
