From this version and on to all new version of Musicline Editor, the short
'nick'-name is no longer MlEd, but Mline. This is done because the authors
of another musical software package called MED (& OctaMED) sent an e-mail to
us, telling us that they disliked that we had a name of our product so
similar to one of theirs. The reason for their complaint is that many, many
people have contacted them, asking if MlEd (Mline!) is their product.
We can understand their way of seeing it, it can't be funny to have people
asking about a competiting product all the time... :) This is pretty good
news for us anyway, because now we know that there are people appreciating
our work and that (and of course more registered users!) will make us work
harder with creating something that we hope will be one of the best Amiga
composing packages available! We decided to change the name pretty quickly,
just to show the world, and MED's authors, that we don't need to ride on the
waves of other successful packages and we also think that it is a complete
waste of time and money to go into a law-suit for such a matter. We hope
that this clears out the relations between MED/OctaMED & Mline and make all
users of both programs satisfied and all future users less confused.

Btw, this will be the last version released to the public at the same time
as it is given to registered users. From hereon the SW-versions won't be
updated at the same rate as the registered versions!
