  6.         Press 'F1', 'UP CURSOR', 'DOWN CURSOR', 'DEL', and type "ILMVS" for 
  7.         infinite lives.

  9.         Press 'F2', 'TAB', 'SPACE', 'F6', and type "RMADL" for infinite
  10.         bombs.
  11.         
  12.         Press 'F3', 'W', 'O', 'M', 'CTRL', 'X', '4', 'Y', and 'LEFT ALT'
  13.         to enable level skip.  Now press 'ESC' to skip levels.
