  4. This package contains the Windows NT4.0 driver files and BlasterControl
  5. application. Please read all the sections before you proceed with the
  6. installation.
  7.  
  8. This file contains the following sections:

  10.     1. Installing Driver for Windows NT4.0
  11.     2. Installing BlasterControl Application for Windows NT4.0
  12.     3. BlasterControl limitation

  15. 1. INSTALLING DRIVER FOR WINDOWS NT4.0
  16.  
  17.    a) Click the Start button on the taskbar, point to Settings, then click
  18.       Control Panel.
  19.  
  20.    b) In the Control Panel window, double-click the Display icon.
  21.  
  22.    c) In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
  23.  
  24.    d) On the Settings tabbed page, click the Display Type button.
  25.  
  26.    e) In the Display Type dialog box, click the Change button.
  27.  
  28.    f) In the Change Display dialog box, click the Have Disk button.
  29.  
  30.    g) In the Install From Disk dialog box, type the path where the files have
  31.       been unzipped to and click the OK button.
  32.  
  33.    h) In the Display list box, click the name of the display driver and click
  34.       the OK button.
  35.  
  36.    i) At the Third-Party Drivers dialog box, click the Yes button to indicate
  37.       that you wish to proceed.

  39.    i) When the Installing Driver dialog box appears, click the OK button.
  40.  
  41.    j) In the Display Type dialog box, click the Close button.
  42.  
  43.    k) In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Close button.

  45.    l) In the System Settings Change dialog box, click the Yes button to
  46.       restart your system.

  48.    After installation, if the Invalid Display Settings message box appears,
  49.    click the OK button and verify or change the information.

  52. 2. INSTALLING BLASTERCONTROL APPLICATION for WINDOWS NT4.0

  54.    Run SETUP.EXE from the directory where you unzipped the files and follow
  55.    the instructions on the screen.

  60.     a)  BlasterControl only works in 256 colors and above.
