  1.      We  have  already reviewed over 3,000 ROL, MIDI and CMF
  2. files, selecting the best for our MusicBox Series.  The best
  3. 1,000 have been used in ten MusicBox programs, which will be
  4. distributed commercially and through the ShareWare market.

  6.      Unfortunately, because many of  these  were  downloaded
  7. from  PC Bulletin Boards, we have no idea whatsoever who the
  8. creators of these wonderful music files may be.   Maybe  you
  9. may have created one or more of these files.  (If so, I want
  10. to know about it NOW !)

  12.      For  each disk in The MusicBox that is sold, $1.00 will
  13. be set aside in an Interest-bearing Account for a period  of
  14. One year.  During that year, if an Electronic Musician comes
  15. forth  with  IRREFUTABLE PROOF that he/she is the creator of
  16. one or more of the music files in The MusicBox Series,  then
  17. that   person  will  receive  a  pro-rated  portion  of  The
  18. Musician's Fund.  If, at the end of the year,  we  have  had
  19. no  "takers"  on  our offer, then the entire contents of the
  20. fund will be donated to a suitable charity  (i.e.   Kathrine
  21. Hepburn's Childrens' Fund.)
