  37. Installation instructions
  38. -------------------------
  39. 1.  These drivers must be installed by a user with Windows 2000 Administrator
  40.     privileges.  Please consult your system administrator or Microsoft
  41.     Windows 2000 User's Manual for more information on Administrator
  42.     privileges.

  44. 2.  Start Microsoft Windows 2000.
  45.  
  46. 3.  From the Start menu, select Settings.
  47.  
  48. 4.  Select Control Panel.
  49.  
  50. 5.  Select Display.
  51.  
  52. 6.  Select the Settings tab.
  53.  
  54. 7.  Select Advanced.
  55.  
  56. 8.  Select Adapter.
  57.  
  58. 9.  Select Properties.
  59.  
  60. 10.  Select Driver.
  61.  
  62. 11.  Select Update Driver.

  64. 12.  Select Next.

  66. 13.  Select Next.

  68. 14.  Verify that "Specify a location" has a check mark next to it.  If it does
  69.      not, click in the box next to "Specify a location" to place a check mark
  70.      in the box.  Select Next.

  72. 15.  Enter the path to the NVIDIA drivers in the "Copy manufacturer's files
  73.      from:" dialog.  Select OK.
  74.  
  75. 16.  Click in the box next to "Install one of the other drivers" to place a 
  76.      check mark in the box.  Select Next.

  78. 17.  Select the following driver from the list.  NVIDIA RIVA TNT is used an
  79.      example; make sure to select your NVIDIA adapter from the list.
