  24. Installation instructions
  25. -------------------------
  26. 1.  These drivers must be installed by a user with Windows NT Administrator
  27.     privileges.  Please consult your system administrator or Microsoft
  28.     Windows NT User's Manual for more information on Administrator privileges.

  30. 2.  Start Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.
  31.  
  32. 3.  From the Start menu, select Settings.
  33.  
  34. 4.  Select Control Panel.
  35.  
  36. 5.  Select Display.
  37.  
  38. 6.  Select the Settings tab.
  39.  
  40. 7.  Select Display Type.
  41.  
  42. 8.  Select Change.
  43.  
  44. 9.  Insert the NVIDIA RIVA 128/128ZX Driver Disk 1 into the 3.5" floppy drive.

  46. 10.  Select Have Disk.
  47.  
  48. 11.  Verify that Windows NT has selected to the path to the floppy drive.  If
  49.      Windows does not have the correct path, correct the path appropriately.
  50.      Select OK.
  51.  
  52. 12.  Windows NT should find files for the NVidia RIVA 128/128ZX.  If Windows found the
  53.      files, select OK.
  54.  
  55. 13.  Windows NT will inform you that you are installing a third party driver, and
  56.      will ask if you wish to proceed.  Select Yes.
  57.   
  58. 14.  Windows NT will copy over the necessary files to the hard disk.
  59.  
  60. 15.  Select OK.
  61.  
  62. 16.  Select Close.
  63.  
  64. 17.  Select Close.
  65.  
  66. 18.  Windows NT will ask if you wish to restart the computer.  Remove any floppy
  67.      diskettes from the floppy drive, then select Yes.
