3D Blaster Banshee Readme
=========================
This file contains the following sections:
1. Driver Installation for Windows NT 4.0
2. Known Problems
1. DRIVER INSTALLATION FOR WINDOWS NT 4.0
To install 3D Blaster Banshee drivers for Windows NT 4.0
1. Click the Start button on the taskbar, point to Settings, then
click Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window, double-click the Display icon.
3. In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
4. On the Settings tabbed page, click the Display Type button.
5. In the Display Type dialog box, click the Change button.
6. In the Change Display dialog box, click the Have Disk button.
7. In the Install From Disk dialog box, type the path where the
files have been unzipped to and click the OK button.
8. In the Display list box, click the name of the display driver
and click the OK button.
9. At the Third-Party Drivers dialog box, click the Yes button
to indicate that you wish to proceed.
10. When the Installing Driver dialog box appears, click the OK button.
11. In the Display Type dialog box, click the Close button.
12. In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Close button.
13. In the System Settings Change dialog box, click the Yes button
to restart your system.
14. After installation, if the Invalid Display Settings message box
appears, click the OK button and verify or change the information.
2. KNOWN PROBLEMS
a) PC-DVD MPEG2 does not work with Banshee
The Banshee does not support devices connected to VMI. An
example of such devices is Creative's PC-DVD MPEG2 (a hardware
DVD decoder). However, Banshee has no problems supporting
software DVD players.
