  10.      Please do not upgrade your BIOS, if there is nothing wrong with your system. 
  11.      When using Cyrix(R)   CPU, it is better to turn off the external cache (L2 cache) before 
  12.         upgrading your BIOS. Otherwise, it might corrupt your BIOS. 
  13.  
  14.     To update the BIOS, please do the following: 
  15.   1. Download the BIOS file from this page. 
  16.   2. Run the BIOS file under DOS. This is a self-extracting file which normally contains 4 files:  
  17.       BIOS ROM file 
  18.       BIOS Flash utility 
  19.       BIOS revision history 
  20.       Flash programming notes 
  21.   3. Read the programming notes and BIOS revision history first, before programming.
