  1. AWARD Bios-Update for HOT-55x Mainboard Version 
  2. ===============================================
  3. Attention:
  4. This file may not be up to date.
  5. We are not liable for any damages caused by the bios-update.
  6.  
  7. 1) Check programming voltage of EEPROM
  8.    JP19 2-3: 12V (Intel -I- and MX Chips)
  9.    JP19 1-2: 5V
  10. 2) Do not load any memory manager.
  11. 3) Start DOS and execute: FLASH533 55XWUQ0B.BIN
  12.    "AFLH52B" and "FLASH533" are two program versions used to
  13.    update Flash-EPROMs. In some cases program may abort before
  14.    it starts the programming - then you can try the other version.
  15. 4) After programming, turn off your system for a moment.

  17. 5) This BIOS is for the 557 ver. 1.32 & the 555 ver. 1.52/1.53 & the 559 ver. 1.3
  18.    NOT for 557 ver. 1.5 & NOT for 555A ver. 3.0 & NOT for 559 ver. 1.5 !!!
