This 05/08/98 date code Award BIOS is for the P5F87 CondorII Motherboard.
The following list includes all fixes and changes made in all BIOS files
up to and including the 01/05/98 date code BIOS.
Fixes applied in 08/21/97 version
1) The Cyrix 6x86MX 166 CPU detected as a 150MHz.
Changes and fixes applied in 09/15/97 version
1) The NCR SCSI card BIOS is included in this version BIOS.
2) Under PNP/PCI Configuration in the CMOS setup utility there is an option
to enable or disable the assigning of an IRQ to the USB controller.
3) The option "No (PS/2)" has been added in the CMOS setup utility to
the Power management setup screen's Mouse break suspend option.
4) In the CMOS setup utility under the Power management setup screen. The
HDD Down in Suspend will now function properly.
Changes made in 10/01/97 version
1) Addition of three new options in the Integrated peripherals screen
in the BIOS.
Power on function : Button only
KB Power on Password : Enter
Hot key power on : Ctrl F1
Changes made in 10/29/97 version
1) Addition of one new option in "Chipset features setup" screen
in the BIOS.
CPU Core Voltage : Auto
This option allows the User to manually set the CPU core voltage or
allow the BIOS to Automatically detect and set the CPU core voltage.
Changes and fixes applied in 11/28/97 version
1) Keyboard error or no keyboard present problems during initial system
power up.
2) Unable to boot past the first two boot screens after powering on the
system.
3) Unable to enter CMOS setup utility.
Changes and fixes applied in 01/05/98 version
1) Fix previouse BIOS (11/28/97) detects IOMEGA ATAPI IDE ZIP Drive
will show CDROM.
2) Fix run "Quick Test Pro" or "Micro Scope" system fail at Interrupt
Controller #2.
Changes and fixes applied in 05/08/98 version
1) Fix BIOS "CPU Core Voltage"'s "Auto" table to support AMD K6-266/300MHz
CPU at 2.2V.
2)Add Chipaway Virus Code inside the BIOS.
3)Add assign IRQ to PCI function in BIOS's "PnP/PCI Configuration" screen
