The ground-based units fleeing the Farwal Colony are being pursued by a large enemy force. I am sending you in to set up an ambush for the pursuing enemy units.
You will be inserted in a position behind the convoy where I am generating false energy signatures to deceive the enemy as to the convoy's true location.
A Voltar SAR-1 will accompany you and will deploy three Statonex Autocannons at the ambush site. Shortly after your drop-off the enemy will arrive to destroy the apparently defenseless convoy.
When the enemy discovers that they have been deceived you will become their primary target. To succeed in this mission you will have to destroy all of the attacking enemy forces.
