  6.          END-USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  9. License: Digital Equipment Corporation grants you the right to use the
  10.   accompanying Software under the conditions specified in this
  11.   Agreement.  You will not use, copy, modify, rent, sell or transfer
  12.   the Software or any portion thereof except as provided in this
  13.   Agreement.

  16. You May: 1. Use the Software on those DECpc and DECstation systems for
  17.   which it is explicitly licensed above.  2.  Copy the Software into
  18.   any machine readable form for backup or archival purposes in support
  19.   of your use of the Software on DECpc and DECstation systems.  3.
  20.   Transfer the software and license Agreement to another party if the
  21.   other party agrees to accept the terms and conditions of the
  22.   Agreement.  If you transfer the Software, you must at the same time
  23.   transfer all copies of the same and accompanying documentation, or
  24.   destroy any copies not transferred; 4. Use the Software on a
  25.   multiuser or network system provided that the Software is used only
  26.   on DECpc and DECstation systems for which the software is explictly
  27.   licensed above.

  29. You Will Not: 1. Sublicense the Software; 2. Use the software on PCs
  30.   other than those for which it is explicitly licensed above.  3.
  31.   Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; 4. Copy or
  32.   Transfer the Software in Whole or in Part, Except as Expressly
  33.   Provided for in this Agreement.

  35. Ownership and Copyright of Software: Title to the Software and all
  36.   copies thereof remains with Digital or its suppliers.  The Software
  37.   and documentation is copyrighted and is protected by the United
  38.   States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.  You will
  39.   not remove the copyright notice from the Software.  You will
  40.   reproduce the copyright notice on any copy or portion of the
  41.   Software.  You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the
  42.   Software and documentation.

  44. Disclaimer: The Software is provided "As Is" without warranty of any
  45.   kind.

  47. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THIS SOFTWARE COMES WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY
  48.   KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
  49.   MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  NEITHER
  50.   DIGITAL OR ITS VENDORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS
  51.   OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, NOR FOR INDIRECT SPECIAL
  52.   INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER UNDER THIS
  53.   AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF DIGITAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
  54.   POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
  55.   SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
  56.   FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR
  57.   EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  59. Termination of this License: Digital Equipment Corporation may
  60.   terminate this license at any time if you are in breach of any of
  61.   its terms and conditions.  Upon termination, you will immediately
  62.   destroy the Software or return all copies of the Software and
  63.   documentation to Digital Equipment Corporation along with any copies
  64.   you have made.

  66. U.S. Government Restricted Rights: The Software and documentation are
  67.   provided with "Restricted Rights."  Use, duplication or disclosure
  68.   by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in
  69.   subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer
  70.   Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and
  71.   (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-- Restricted Rights at 48
  72.   CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.  Contractor/manufacturer is Digital
  73.   Equipment Corporation.

  75. Applicable Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of
  76.   Massachusetts and the United States, including patent and copyright
  77.   laws.

  79. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND
  80.   AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
