  34. competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, Florida. The parties
  35. hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

  41. TRIAL USE LICENSE

  43. Sir Hangman is NOT a public domain program.  It is copyrighted by
  44. Ssorg Software.  This software and accompanying documentation are
  45. protected by United States copyright law and also by international
  46. treaty provisions.

  48. Ssorg Software grants you a limited license to use this software
  49. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days.  If you
  50. continue using this software after the thirty-day evaluation period,
  51. you MUST make a registration payment to Ssorg Software.

  53. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  54. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  55. program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized
