  1. Operating instructions for CUT_EPS
  2.  
  3. Using CUT_EPS, EPS files from CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator can be 
  4. converted to and from CutOut's own vector format.
  5. (CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator have been extensively tested)
  6. EPS files taken from other applications should work as well, but since the
  7. EPS format is a complex one, we cannot guarantee that every one will be 
  8. accepted.

  10. Having executed the program, click on the SRCE. PATH button and a file 
  11. selector will appear, in which you can choose the folder containing the
  12. data to be converted. Confirm this by clicking on OK.
  13.  
  14. In the same way, you can select the folder to contain the converted data
  15. using the DEST. PATH button.
  16.  
  17. After selecting either the EPS TO VEK or VEK TO EPS buttons, the file 
  18. selector appears again showing the files available for conversion that you 
  19. can select from.
  20. This will now be transferred into the other format and saved in the folder 
  21. that was previously selected.
  22. During the conversion, you can follow the progress in the main window.

  24. If no SOURCE or DESTINATION paths have been selected, and the source file
  25. is selected by using one of the conversion buttons, the converted file will
  26. be saved to the folder containing the CUT_EPS program.
  27.  
  28. Should an unexpected error occur, we offer our apologies in advance. In
  29. this case please send the offending EPS file to the address below and we are 
  30. sure that within 14 days you will receive a correctly converted version
  31. (naturally free of charge).
