  9. F1 - player 1. joystick/keyboard
  10. F2 - player 2. joystick/keyboard
  11. F3 - display on/off
  12. F10 - start
  13. ESC - exit
  14. Keyboard-layout:
  15. Red: left SHIFT - start & turbo mode
  16.      Z, X - direction change
  17. Blue: right SHIFT - start & turbo mode
  18.       <-, -> - direction change
