  3. This is a patch for DFE 3.1
  4.  
  5. I accidentally compiled the DFE loader (DFE.EXE) with the Force Far Calls
  6. switch on.  This causes the SWAP unit to crash when loading DOOM.  This
  7. patch is simply a DFE.EXE replacement so that you can launch DOOM.
  8.  
  9. The rest of the DFE system is functioning correctly.
  10.  
  11. To install this patch, simply replace the DFE.EXE in your DOOM directory
  12. with the DFE.EXE contained in this ZIP file.
