  O'Basic97 is marketed under the shareware concept, which allows
  Celtech Software to distribute and market O'Basic97 as a fully-functional
  product openly while retaining full control over its copyrights.  O'Basic97,
  in its shareware form, is not disabled or reduced in functionality in any
  way.  It will, however, refuse to execute .COD files that are more than 30
  days old.  This mechanism allows O'Basic users to use the shareware version
  of O'Basic indefinitely, but .COD files will only work for 30 days.  After
  that date, the user must register to continue executing the expired .COD
  files.

  You are permitted and encouraged to distribute this (the shareware) version
  of O'Basic97 through yours and any other interested systems to any user who
  wishes to obtain and use O'Basic97.  There are no restrictions placed upon
  you or any other distributors with regards to copying, transferring or
  otherwise distributing O'Basic97 in its complete and original shareware form.
