  30. WHAT IS 3ALINE SCREENSAVER

  33. 3aline Screensaver is a 32bit Windows 95 screensaver.
  34.  
  35. 3aline draws floating, colroful shapes around your screen, creating beautiful
  36. designs while you are not using your computer.
  37.  
  38. 3aline starts a new pattern every minute.
  39.  
  40. Recommended minimum: 486 CPU, High Color or True Color
  41.  
  42. More detailed notes on the Settings are given in the accompanying web
  43. document, 3aline.htm. Double-click on it in Explorer to load and read it in
  44. your browser.

  46. SAVING IMAGES
  47. -------------

  49. Pressing the PrintScreen function key will copy the full screen to the
  50. clipboard, and you can then paste that into a paint program and save or
  51. print the image.

  57. REGISTRATION
  58. ------------

  60. 3aline Screensaver is time-limited "try before you buy" software, and is
  61. provided with a 14-day evaluation period. After 14 days, 3aline will no
  62. longer create designs, but will display an order form. Occasionally while it
  63. is running, 3aline displays a message showing how many days to expiry there
  64. is.
  65.  
  66. On receipt of your registration fee, you will be emailed, faxed or mailed a
  67. code which will allow the program the resume displaying patterns. This
  68. registration code is entered into the Registration field on the Setup screen.
  69.  
  70. Your support through registration is appreciated and will encourage the
  71. development of additional graphics and features.

  98. In order to keep the cost of 3aline low, diskettes are not sent.

  101. and are subject to change with future versions.

  103. If you have already paid a fee to others (eg disk or CD vendors) to obtain
  104. this evaluation copy, that fee was for their copying and distribution
  105. services, rather than a payment for continued use of the program, and the
  106. software author does not receive any part of that fee.

  141. directly to you. For fastest registration, be sure to give your email address
  142. to PsL. Second fastest is to give them your fax number. Otherwise we will air
  143. mail you a registration code from Australia, which can take a couple of weeks.

  145. Sometimes there is a typing error in the email address or fax number we are
  146. sent, so if you have not received your code within 2 working days, please
  147. contact Seraline directly, either by email to info@seraline.com or by fax

  151. OTHER CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

  154. Credit card payments may also be made directly to Seraline, using VISA,
  155. Mastercard, or Australian Bankcard. A printable order form in WordPad format

  159. The details required are your full name, Credit Card type, card number, card
  160. expiry date and your signature.  These details can be mailed, or faxed to
  161. Seraline in Australia +61-2-9879-4481.

  163. When ordering directly from Seraline, credit cards are billed at exactly
  164. $25.00 Australian.  For other currencies, the amount appearing on your card
  165. will depend on the foreign exchange rate at the time. For example, at rates
  166. current in June 1997, this converts to an amount varying around US$20.00.

  172. 3aline Screensaver is NOT a public domain program.  It is copyrighted by
  173. Seraline Pty Ltd.  This software and accompanying documentation are protected
  174. by Australian copyright law and also by international treaty provisions.

  176. The registration fee will license 3aline Screensaver for use on any
  177. computers in your home, and on one computer at work on which you are the
  178. main user.
  179.  
  180. Seraline Pty Ltd grants you a limited license to use this software for
  181. evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed fourteen days.  If you
  182. wish to continue using this software after the fourteen-day evaluation period,
  183. you MUST make a registration payment to Seraline Pty Ltd.

  185. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
  186. otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as
  187. provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  188. immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  204. Please note that although 3aline is released with no known defects that
  205. cause crashes, because of the extensive calculations and graphics and many
  206. permutations, it may still crash occasionally due to incompatibilities with
  207. video drivers.  You should use the evaluation period to check that
  208. 3aline does not cause problems with your system.

  232. UNINSTALL

  235. If you used a full 3aline Setup procedure to install, then you will be able
  236. to uninstall 3aline by using Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs.

  238. Otherwise, delete the file 3aline.scr from your Windows\System folder. You
  239. can find the file using Windows Explorer.
