  1. Chrismas Scenes installation instructions for Win/3.1, Windows 95 and Win/NT
  2. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 
  3. Christmas Scenes is a Windows/3.1, Win/95 and Win/NT Screen Saver.
  4. After you register Christmas Scenes, it will display 16 beautiful
  5. Christmas pictures and play 9 different Christmas songs.
  6. Pictures are displayed using 112 different special effects.
  7.  
  8. This program requires VBRUN300.DLL to be in you windows/system directory.
  9. Odds are that you have this file.  If you don't, you can download it from:
  10. http://www.mcs.net/~cmbsoft/vbrun300.dll

  12. INSTALLATION STEPS
  13. ==================
  14. 1) Unzip 0XMAS21.ZIP into a temporary directory.
  15.  
  16. 2) Run the file SETUP.EXE from the temporary directory.
  17.  
  18. 3) The install program will copy the needed files to your system.
  19.  
  20. 4) When the install program is finished the message "Installation Complete"
  21.    will be displayed.  Christmas Scenes is now active on your system. 
  22.    Click on "OK".
  23.  
  24. 5) A program group called "Chrismas Screen Saver" will be created and 3 Icons will be placed
  25.    into it.  These Icons will allow you to:
  26.    1) Play the Screen Saver from the Program Manager.
  27.    2) Change Screen Saver Options.
  28.    3) View and Print the Registration Information using the
  29.       Windows text editor.
  30.    
  31. 6) Once the program is registered:
  32.    If you want password protection on the screen saver click the "PASSWORD"
  33.    button on the Global Options screen.  A password screen will
  34.    be displayed where you can enter and verify your password.

  36. 7) Installation is now complete.

  39. 8) For registration information, click on the registration icon.
  40.

  42. The unregistered program will display only 3 pictures
  43. and only one music file.
