  26.  DESCRIPTION:
  27.    Fastcode32 is a Win95 32-bit multipurpose MIME/UU/XX/BinHex/AtoB/BtoA 
  28.    decoder and encoder. UU/XX & Mime Base64 are the three most popular
  29.    encoding method for converting raw binary data into ASCII text for
  30.    file transfer such as through the internet, e-mail, newsgroup and
  31.    others. Fastcode32 provides a fast & easy way to decode or encode
  32.    your files. It automatically detects encoded format and decodes the
  33.    file. It is so simple to use, even beginners will know how to use it.

  35.    Fastcode32 was previously known as Fastcode95.
  36.    Version 3.5 is a major improvment from v3.0x.

  38.  REQUIREMENTS:
  39.  
  40.    CPU : 486 or higher; Pentium CPU is recommended!
  41.    O/S : Windows95
  42.    RAM : No a lot.

  44.  INSTALLATION:
  45.     fcode32.exe -- Fastcode32 executable. File size = 78,336 bytes.
  46.     fcode32.hlp -- Fastcode32 Help File.  File size = 29,384 bytes.
  47.     readme.txt -- This documentation file. File size = 3,716 bytes.

  49.  INSTALLATION:
  50.     Fastcode32 can be run from any directories.  Just copy the executable
  51.     to any directory and simply create a short cut in Win95.
  52.     Make sure you copy the Help File into the same directory as the
  53.     executable file. MFC42.DLL is required! 
  54.     It should be in your "../Windows/System/" directory.
  55.    
  56.     Creating Short Cut: 
  57.       Right click the mouse on any free area in Win95 shell.
  58.       From the Popup Menu, select the sub-menu [New] and then select the item
  59.       [Shortcut].  You will then see an empty Text Field and a Browser button.
  60.       Click on the Browse button and search for the "fcode32" file and click 
  61.       on the [ NEXT > ] button at the button of the Short Cut Dialog Box.
  62.       Enter the name field with "Fastcode32", then click on finish!
  63.       An icon of Fastcode is created. You can now click on the icon
  64.       to execute FastCode.

  66.  USAGE:
  67.    Please read the documentation within the program. Simply run the program
  68.    and select the "HELP" menu, then click on the "Contents" item.
  69.    You can also double click on the file "fcode32.hlp" in explorer or 
  70.    whatever file manager you're using.
