  1. Thank you for your interest in BeagleWare Wine Cellar v3.0 
  2. for Windows 95.
  3.  
  4. This feature rich, easy to use program will allow you
  5.  to keep track of your wine cellar, no matter how big 
  6. or small. You may include comprehensive information 
  7. for each bottle into the Cellar including value, rating 
  8. and maturation year. The BeagleWare Wine Cellar offers 
  9. a full search function so that you may limit your cellar 
  10. view based on criteria you select. A complete reporting 
  11. package is included as well as a thorough help system.

  13. We suggest that even if you are using the limited usage
  14. version, (unregistered), that you take advantage of the 
  15. maintenance features of the program. This will insure 
  16. that any bottles you have stored in the Wine Cellar will
  17. not be lost in case of a computer failure. For extra
  18. security, be sure to copy your back up file to a floppy
  19. disk.

  46. ****Installation****
  47. At the windows 95 run prompt, type "x:\Setup.exe" where 
  48. "x" is the drive where the Setup.exe is located. You will
  49. then be stepped through an installation system similar to other
  50. Windows 95 programs. Don't be alarmed if all the files included
  51. are not installed as you may already have some installed on your
  52. system. We wanted to include all files to insure proper
  53. installation on all systems.

  57. The unregistered version is limited to 20 entries in your cellar.
  58. All options are unrestricted so that you may fully explore all
  59. features of the program. The registration key will unlock your
  60. cellar for unlimited entry, as well as make you eligible for
  61. upgrade notifications and free support via e-mail.

  67. You may redistribute this software provided that all files
  68. included in the original installation "exe" or "zip" are
  69. included in their unaltered form You may not redistribute
  70. the registration key.

  80. You may use the unregistered version for an unlimited time to the 
  81. extent of 20 entries. Registered users may not redistribute their 
  82. registration key to others. A registered program may only be used 
  83. on one machine at a time. If you plan on using this on multiple 
  84. machines, you must pay a separate registration fee for each machine

  87. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeagleWare 
  88. disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether expressed 
  89. or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of 
  90. merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither 
  91. BeagleWare, Jay Spring, or anyone else who has been involved in the 
  92. creation, production, or delivery of this software be liable for any 
  93. indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the 
  94. use or inability to use such software. Even if BeagleWare or Jay 
  95. Spring has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims. 
  96. IN no event shall BeagleWare's or Jay Spring's liability for any 
  97. damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use this 
  98. software, regardless of the form of the claim. THE PERSON USING THE
