An Internet browser is required to view the HTML Interface, e.g. Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, 4.0 or higher.
To start the HTML Interface double click on the file "Index.htm" located on the root directory of the CD Rom drive.
After starting the interface on the left you will see a listing of all the programs that can be found on the CD. To download/install the programs from CD to your harddrive, please click on the disk icon.
- If you choose to run the application from its current location, the program will be installed from the CD Rom drive to your harddrive. Some programs require compression/decompression software such as Winzip 8.0 which can be found in the HTML Interface.
- If you choose to save the program to disk, please save the program in a memorable location, e.g. C:\My Programs. Then run the program from that location. Some programs require compression/decompression software such as Winzip 8.0 which can be found in the HTML Interface.
- If no disk Icon is available, please refer to the referenced URL.
Some programs will only work if you have previously installed a run-time library. Manche Programme funktionieren nur, wenn Sie zuvor eine so genannte
Laufzeitbibliothek installiert haben. If an installed program will not start or gives you error messages, this is probably due to a missing run-time library. In total, there are six different run-time libraries that you can find on the Bonus CD in the directory \Vbrun. If you have sufficient storage capacity, it is best if you install all of them. The following table shows you the different installation instructions of the individual run-time libraries.
