1 day specialize with chest' back' legs once per week. Start 1x10 rep Squat routine. Purchased great grippers from IronMind (#1 and #2). Forearm/grip strenght is better for dead lifting.

Started 5 x 5 bench press routine. Work has caused a 6 month slowdown in gains. Reset to lighter lbs and begin to work up to heavier weights. Only small increases in lbs per workout will amount to big gains.
