  3. By installing this "WorldsAway Software", you agree to the following terms
  4. of a software license between you and Fujitsu Open Systems Solutions, Inc.,
  5. a California corporation ("FOSSI"), the licensor of the Software:

  7. 1.      License and Restrictions.  You may use this Software on your personal
  8. computer or a computer of which you are the primary user in connection with
  9. the CompuServe Service.  The Software is copyrighted and title to all
  10. copies is retained by FOSSI and its licensors.  You may copy this Software
  11. for back-up purposes and for free distribution to third parties intending
  12. to access WorldsAway on the CompuServe Service, provided such third parties
  13. acknowledge and agree that they will be bound by the terms of this License.
  14. You must cause all copyright and other proprietary rights notices
  15. contained in or affixed to the Software to be reproduced or applied, as
  16. applicable, and maintained on any copy of the Software.  You must not
  17. modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or otherwise reverse

  25. if your access to the CompuServe Service is terminated or if the WorldsAway
  26. Service is discontinued.  Upon termination, you must destroy or erase from
  27. your computer.

  30. the installation and use of the Software and for achieving your intended
  31. results.  The Software is provided "AS IS," without a warranty of any kind.

  36. CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND
  37. REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO
  38. USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF COMPUSERVE, FOSSI AND ITS LICENSORS HAVE BEEN
  39. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
