  33. Here are fixes and comments for 4.9.3.BETA2.
  34.  
  35. 1. As You can see I use GNU gcc. I changed the "cc -M $* |" in "bin/mkdep" to
  36. "gcc -M $* |". I don't know if this is vital for compiling BIND but it looks
  37. nicer. Could this change be done when making the links or could it be stated in
  38. the install-instruction, i.e. if it's vital for the compilation.

  40. 2. When I had done "make links" and cd'd to "native.b", I couldn't do "make
  41. depend" since it couldn't find "mkdep". I had to set the PATH to include the
  42. "bin" directory. This should preferably be stated in the install instruction or
  43. in some way be fixed through setting the PATH in the Makefile (I don't know if
  44. this bould be done).

  46. 3. "/usr/ucb" must be included in the PATH. Otherwise it can't find "tbl" or
  47. "nroff"
