  5. How to Install Scytale

  8. If you don't want to verify the integrity of the package, go to step 2.
  9. If you don't know how PGP works or if you don't have it at hand, go to
  10. step two, install Scytale 1.4e and read the PGP Startup Guide included
  11. in the package. Then install PGP and go back to step one.

  17. If you want to check if your copy of Scytale had not been tampered with,
  18. first, add my public key to your keyring. To do this, type :
  19.  
  20.    pkunzip scytale.zip buseine.asc
  21.    pgp -ka buseine.asc
  22.  
  23. You can now verify the integrity of the original distribution. Just type :
  24.  
  25.    pgp scytale.sig
  26.  
  27. It will inform  you that scytale.sig contains a signature but no text. 
  28. It may then ask you to provide the name of the file that it applies to.
  29. Type in "scytale.zip", the internal ZIP file.

  31. PGP should tell you that it has a Good Signature from:

  45. Uncompress the file SCYTALE.ZIP to the directory. Type :

  47.    pkunzip scytale.zip
  48.  
  49. Read the file README.TXT for installation instructions.
