  13. MagicViewer is a handy image editing tool. It is designed to easily and quickly 
  14. view and convert graphic files, create animated GIF and progressive JPEG files for 
  15. your web pages, improve and manipulate your scanned images.

  73.     1.    Dialog boxes will not show up when playback uses all the system time.
  74.         Work-around:    Pressing 'Alt' key will bring the dialog box to the front.

  79. There are two ways to register MagicViewer:

  81.     1.    Register directly with the author:
  82.         We only accept check from US banks or money order in US currency.
  83.         Send $30 USD payment to:

  90.     2.    Register with Kagi payment processing service:
  91.         A number of payment methods are supported by Kagi including credit cards,
  92.         check or money order, invoice, First Virtual or cash in variety of
  93.         exchangeable currencies.

  95.         To register with Kagi, run the "Register.exe" program included in the installed
  96.         folder, same folder as your MagicViewer.exe. Follow the instructions in the 
  97.         dialog box and send it to Kagi via email or postal mail.
  98.  
  99.     In either of the above cases, please include your email or postal address for delivery.
  100.     The registered version of MagicViewer will be sent to you within one
  101.     week after we receive your registration fee.
