HotDocs* is the powerful, yet simple to use tool for creating intelligent templates, for accurate creation and assembly of standard or repetitive documents. HotDocs automates the creation of many types of standard word processing document without the need for programming. HotDocs* is easy to use because it works from inside any Windows* word processor, dramatically reducing the time spent producing routine templates. Once created, HotDocs* templates can be used by any other HotDocs* user, ensuring consistently accurate documents - quickly and easily!
FULLY FUNCTIONAL VERSION
This evaluation copy of HotDocs is fully functional but restricted to 30 days use from date of installation. Any templates created and saved during the 30 day evaluation period will be available for use following the purchase of a full Licence. This evaluation version includes 6 working templates stored within the Learning HotDocs Library, while the full version includes over 20 templates. All the templates can be downloaded from CapSoftÆs internet site at ôwww.capsoft.comö. Future template collections will be available via the Quintec Web site which will be announced soon.
INSTALLATION GUIDE and TUTORIAL
A full copy of the the above can be found in electronic format in the CD ROM HotDocs installation directory. The file is called HD30UG.WRI. The installation procedure will create a program group called HotDocs and include the following 3 icons: 1) HotDocs program icon; 2) HotDocs Order Template; 3) HotDocs Readme.
