ocr: Using the Metronome The metronome can be used to help keep a steady beat while playing music. When turned on, the metronome ticks repeatedly at the set speed (tempo). The tempo represents the number of ticks per minute. The built-in metronome can be brought up by selecting Metronome" from the menu bar. (Go ahead and give it a try.) Toa adjust the speed, either click on the label of the speed you want, click on the up or down arrows next to the tempo value or type in the value you want and press return or enter.
