  32. Installing DropZone
  33. -------------------------
  34.    Copy all files from the dz175.zip archive into a temp directory and type install <Enter>.
  35.    The install program from IBM will guide you through the install.

  40. Your satisfaction with DropZone is important to us.  If you are not totally
  41. satisfied with this product, please contact us at blkpine@halcyon.com.

  44. dissatisfied.  Provide your name, your organizations's name, and
  45. your telephone number so that we can contact you.  We will work with

  53.  
  54.     The Black Pine Development program DropZone is licensed for
  55. use only on the terms and conditions set forth in this document. By
  56. using the DropZone program, you accept and agree to be bound by terms
  57. set forth in this document. If you do not agree to this, you are to
  58. destroy all copies of DropZone in your possession.
  59.  
  60.     A single user license grants the right to use one copy of the
  61. program. You may use the program on different computers, but do not have
  62. the right to use the program on more than one computer at a time. The
  63. program maybe installed on a network provided means are in place to
  64. prevent the simultaneous use of more copies than licenses.

  66.     The DropZone program is owned by Black Pine Development and
  67. is protected by the copyright laws of the United States. All rights are
  68. reserved. You may make copies of the program for backup or archival
  69. purposes as required. You may not rent or lease the program.

  71.     The unregistered shareware version of DropZone may be freely
  72. distributed by any means, subject to the restrictions below.

  75.       unzipped files in a single directory with the name DropZone or

  103. will meet your requirements, that operation of the program will be
  104. uninterrupted or error-free, or that all software errors will be
  105. corrected. Black Pine Development is not responsible for
  106. problems caused by operation of the program on your computer.

  108.     THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
  109. WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
  110. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-
  111. INFRINGEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY

  114. WARRANTIES. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF
  115. PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION
  116. AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL

  127.     REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY REMEDY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT FAILS
  128. OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL BLACK PINE DEVELOPMENT OR ANY
  129. OF ITS EMPLOYEES, DISTRIBUTORS, DEALERS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR
  130. ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMILAR  DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY
  131. LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
  132. SOFTWARE OR ANY DATA SUPPLIED THEREWITH EVEN IF BLACK PINE DEVELOPMENT
  133. OR ANYONE ELSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR
  134. ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

  136.     SOME STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION
  137. OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE
  138. LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO CASE WILL
  139. BLACK PINE DEVELOPMENT'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR
