  4. The use of StHealth and StHWMon is subject of the following terms and
  5. conditions.

  7. StHealth and StHWMon (the software) is freeware. If you want to pay for the
  8. software feel free to contact the author. :-)

  10. You are allowed to use this software at your own risk.

  12. You may distribute the software freely in it's complete package as long as no
  13. part of it is modified.

  15. You may install and use the software on more than one machine.
  16.  
  17. The author do not guarantee for the correctness of the software. I also may not
  18. be help responsible for any loss of data or other damages caused by the use of
  19. the software. I don't guarantee that the software can be used for a specific
  20. purpose.

  22. If you like to distribute the software in conjunction with commercial software
  23. or hardware ("bundling"), you must have a written permission of the author to
  24. do so.
