  12.             no.) will be destroyed as soon as the number is used, to prevent
  13.             future unauthorized use.

  15.    2       Sending a fax with information as above.

  17.    3       Printing, completing and mailing the Registration Form enclosed
  18.            with the program in the 'register.txt' file. Click on the
  19.            'Print Registration Form' button to print the registration form. 
  20.            Please enclose a cheque or money order for North American
  21.            orders, and a money order or bank draft for orders from
  22.            countries outside of North America.
