ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 1. Using GSwitch ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
GSwitch is GroupStart's built in task switcher. It is activated when you push
the mouse cursor to the top right hand corner of your screen - and
automatically hidden when the cursor is moved out of its window. Simply click
on a running application's icon to switch to that app. Press Hide if GSwitch is
in your way at any time, Exit to close it down completely. Pressing AppList
opens an icon view of GroupStart's AppList. Double click on an icon to run a
program not intially started with the current group.
Press Cls Group to shut down all apps in the current group. NOTE: doing so
will also close programs launched since the group was activated, but not those
that were already running beforehand.
The App menu allows manipulation of currently open windows. You can Maximize,
Minimize, Restore or Close a window from here. Simply select its icon and the
appropriate action from the menu. Of course, if GSwitch is not accessible,
because a maximized window is occupying the screen, you'll have to restore or
minimize that window from its own menu bar. NOTE: the App menu is also
available as a popup menu, which appears when the right mouse button is clicked
and applies to the selected (marked) icon in the GSwitch window.
