  4. This means that you are requested to pay for the license to
  5. use the Conversion Pro software. The current fee is
  6. $10.00 (US funds) which may be submitted to the address below.
  7. Personal checks or money order drawn on a U.S. bank are the
  8. preferred methods of payment.  Please help support independent
  9. OS/2 development by paying for this software if you find it useful.
