  3. In order to receive the single-user REGISTERED Version of BJTutor, 
  4. LEGIBLY complete the form below along with a check drawn on a United States 
  5. bank, a money order, or a bank check for $25 (United States Dollars). 
  6. DO NOT SEND CASH.

  8. If you live outside the USA and forsee a problem or would like to make other 
  9. registration arrangements, you may write to the author to come up with a 
  10. mutually agreeable registration method. Contact information is
  11. listed at the bottom of this file.
