  5. Installation of DBGRAPH

  8.   - Unzip dbGrph21.ZIP in a temporary directory
  9.   - Run SETUP.EXE
  10.   - Choose "English" as language
  11.   - Choose "Install dbGraph" and obey the instructions
  12.   - Delete the files in the temporary directory
  13.  
  14. Deinstallation of dbGraph

  17.   IT IS NOT ENOUGH JUST TO DELETE THE FILES IN THE DBGRAF-DIRECTORY
  18.   The installation routine changes the system profile OS2.INI. To
  19.   undo the changes, operate like this:
  20.  
  21.   - Run SETUP.EXE
  22.   - Choose "English" as language
  23.   - Choose "Delete existing version" and obey the instructions.
  24.   Setup.EXE cleans up the INI files and deletes all dbGraph files
  25.   - After successful uninstallation you may delete SETUP.EXE
  26.  
  27. If SETUP.EXE is damaged you have to
  28.  
  29.   a) try to get the ZIPfile dbGrph21.ZIP again, unzip it and copy SETUP.EXE afterwards
  30.  
  31.   b) edit OS2.INI manually.
  32.  
  33.   EDITING THE SYSTEM PROFILES SHOULD ONLY BE DONE BY SKILLED OS2 USERS! A DAMAGED
  34.   OS2.INI MAY PRODUCE FATAL SEQUENCES FOR THE WHOLE SYSTEM!

  36.   Therefore I do not want to explain how to edit OS2.INI at all. If you do not
  37.   know it yet, you should not do it at all!

  39.   For experienced: The application key is "dbGraph". Delete it!

  41. The dbGraph profile dbGraph.INI

  44. In this file all Settings of dbGraph are safed. If you want to reset dbGraph
  45. or if dbGraph.INI is damaged, you can recreate dbGraph.INI by deleting
  46. the old version. Next time dbGraph starts up, it will create a new
  47. dbGraph.INI using default settings.
