  13. DESCRIPTION

  15. When trying to print a legal-size document, with landscape orientation, 
  16. from a Windows application to an HP LaserJet printer using manual feed, 
  17. the print function assumes the document is 11 inches long. This occurs 
  18. when there is no legal-size paper tray.

  20. RESOLUTION

  22. 1. Open the WIN-OS/2 Full Screen Program Manager.
  23. 2. Select WIN-OS/2 Main.
  24. 3. Select Control Panel.
  25. 4. Select Printers.
  26. 5. Select Setup.
  27. 6. Set Paper source to Manual.
  28. 7. Select OK and then Close.
  29. 8. Exit and print the document.
