  11. DESCRIPTION
  12.  
  13. Installed the video driver that came with OS/2 Warp, have 1 MB of video 
  14. RAM, but can't get any resolution other than VGA (640x480x16).
  15.  
  16. RESOLUTION
  17.  
  18.  1. Open OS/2 System.
  19.  
  20.  2. Open System Setup.
  21.  
  22.  3. Open Selective Install.
  23.  
  24.  4. Select Primary Display; then select VGA.
  25.  
  26.  5. Restart the system.
  27.  
  28.  6. Go to an OS/2 command prompt and change to the OS2 directory.
  29.  
  30.  7. Delete the SVGA files, SVGADATA.PMI and VIDEO.CFG.
  31.  
  32.  8. Check that SVGA.EXE is either 126 KB or 127 KB. If it isn't, do a
  33.     Selective Install of DOS support before proceeding.
  34.  
  35.  9. Open Selective Install and select the proper driver for your video
  36.     adapter.
  37.  
  38. 10. When prompted, select Display Adapter Utility. Be sure to specify
  39.     the correct path and file name for the utility.
  40.  
  41.     Note: This is a DOS-based utility program that comes with
  42.           the video adapter. Each manufacturer's utility differs
  43.           in name, but usually is something like *MODE.EXE. If
  44.           you cannot determine the correct file, contact the
  45.           video-adapter manufacturer.

  47. 11. After the installation is complete, restart the system.

  49. 12. Open OS/2 System.
  50.  
  51. 13. Open System Setup.
  52.  
  53. 14. Open System; then select the resolution you want.
