  11. DESCRIPTION

  13. After installation of OS/2 Warp 4, a SYS3175 in CCHUSER.DLL occurs 
  14. about 5 minutes after startup. The register information is as follows:

  29. This problem occurs on a system with an ATI MACH 64 graphics adapter.

  31. RESOLUTION
  32.  
  33. 1. Reset the video resolution to VGA mode, as follows:
  34.  
  35.     a. Restart the system, and press Alt-F1 when the small white
  36.        rectangle appears in the upper left corner of the screen.
  37.  
  38.     b. Press F3 to reset the primary video display to VGA.
  39.  
  40. 2. Obtain the latest driver for the ATI MACH 64 video adapter,
  41.    from the following World Wide Web site:

  43.    http://www.atitech.ca/drivers/drivers.html

  45.    As of 5 November, 1996, the file 64OS2222.ZIP contains the current
  46.    OS/2 drivers for the following ATI MACH 64 video adapters:

  48.    * 3D Xpression
  49.    * Video Xpression
  50.    * Graphics Pro Turbo
  51.    * Graphics Xpression
  52.    * WinTurbo
  53.    * WinBoost
  54.    * Other MACH 64 adapters

  56.    Note: You will also need LOAD64.ZIP for the installation,
  57.          and 64OS2222.TXT for installation instructions.
