SYS3175 in CCHUSER.DLL after Installation of OS/2 Warp 4

DESCRIPTION
After installation of OS/2 Warp 4, a SYS3175 in CCHUSER.DLL occurs
about 5 minutes after startup. The register information is as follows:

This problem occurs on a system with an ATI MACH 64 graphics adapter.
RESOLUTION
1. Reset the video resolution to VGA mode, as follows:
a. Restart the system, and press Alt-F1 when the small white
rectangle appears in the upper left corner of the screen.
b. Press F3 to reset the primary video display to VGA.
2. Obtain the latest driver for the ATI MACH 64 video adapter,
from the following World Wide Web site:
http://www.atitech.ca/drivers/drivers.html
As of 5 November, 1996, the file 64OS2222.ZIP contains the current
OS/2 drivers for the following ATI MACH 64 video adapters:
* 3D Xpression
* Video Xpression
* Graphics Pro Turbo
* Graphics Xpression
* WinTurbo
* WinBoost
* Other MACH 64 adapters
Note: You will also need LOAD64.ZIP for the installation,
and 64OS2222.TXT for installation instructions.
