  11. DESCRIPTION
  12.  
  13. When a file is saved to an HPFS LAN drive with Lotus 123 for OS/2, the 
  14. time and date stamp does not get updated; however, if the file is 
  15. saved to a local HPFS drive, the time and date stamp does get updated.

  17. RESOLUTION
  18.  
  19. 1. Change to the IBMLAN subdirectory.
  20. 2. Type E IBMLAN.INI and press Enter.
  21. 3. Change bit 32 of the WRKHEURISTIC statement to 0.
  22. 4. Save and exit the file.
  23.  
  24. Saving a file to an HPFS LAN drive should now update the time and date 
  25. stamp. If not, check the date of the NETWKSTA.200 file. If it is 
  26. earlier than 12/14/92, contact LAN Support at 800-992-4777.
