  12. DESCRIPTION
  13.  
  14. During installation, a SYS3175 error is received or the system locks up 
  15. at Diskette 1.
  16.  
  17. RESOLUTION
  18.  
  19. If your system has a Flash BIOS version that is earlier than V9.0, you 
  20. need to upgrade. BIOS Version 9.0 can be downloaded from the ZEOS
  21. Bulletin Board System at 612-362-1219. After the BIOS is upgraded:

  23. Press F2 at the opening screen and set the hardware settings for the 
  24. IDE drive in CMOS as follows:
  25.  
  26.    Multi Sector to Disable
  27.    Pre Fetch    to Disable
  28.    LBA          to Enable
  29.  
  30. After installing OS/2 Warp:
  31.  
  32. Press F2 at the opening screen and set:
  33.  
  34.    Multi Sector to 16
  35.    Pre Fetch    to Enable
  36.    LBA          to Enable
