  9. DESCRIPTION

  11. After upgrading from OS/2 Warp 3 a Trap000d exception in device driver
  12. SINGLEQ$ occurs during startup, even after resetting the system to VGA 
  13. mode.

  15. RESOLUTION
  16.  
  17. 1. Restart the system, pressing Alt-F1 when the small white 
  18.    rectangle appears in the upper left corner of the screen.
  19.  
  20. 2.  At the Recovery Choices screen, press F2 to get to a command prompt.
  21.  
  22. 3. At the command prompt, type CD \OS2\MDOS\WINOS2\SYSTEM, 
  23.    then press Enter.
  24.  
  25. 4. Type REN *.TTF *.OLD, then press Enter.
  26.  
  27. 5. Restart the system.
