  15. If you have a PAS16 SCSI adapter and are using Dual Boot between DOS 
  16. and OS/2 Warp, access to SCSI support might be lost.

  18. RESOLUTION

  20. Add the /R parameter to the adapter statement in the CONFIG.SYS file to 
  21. ensure a bus reset of the SCSI adapter. For example:
