  11. DESCRIPTION

  14. The following error message is displayed after on reboot after 
  15. installing  FixPak 17:
  16.  
  17. SYS2070                                                         
  18. The system could not demand load the application's segment.     
  19. WPPRINT->DOSCALLS is in error. For additional detailed information
  20. HELP SYS193.                                                    
  21.  
  22. RESOLUTION
  23.  
  24. 1. Insert the OS/2 Installation Diskette and restart your computer.
  25.  
  26. 2. When prompted, remove the OS/2 Installation Diskette, insert OS/2 
  27.    Installation Diskette 1 and press Enter.
  28.  
  29. 3. When the Welcome screen appears press F3.
  30.  
  31. 4. Change to the drive where OS/2 is installed.
  32.  
  33. 5. Change to the X:\OS2\DLL directory,
  34.    (where X: is the drive in which OS/2 is installed).
  35.  
  36. 6. Rename the WPPRINT.DLL by typing the following command:
  37.  
  38.       REN WPPRINT.DLL WPPRINT.BAK
  39.  
  40. 7. During the FixPak installation you were asked to designate an 
  41.    archive directory. Change to that directory.
  42.  
  43. 8. Type the following command:
  44.  
  45.       UNPACK WPPRINT.DL_ X:\OS2\DLL
  46.  
  47.    (where X: is the drive in which OS/2 is installed).

  49. 9. Remove the diskette and restart the system.
