  13. DESCRIPTION
  14.  
  15. When installing from a CD-ROM drive attached to a SCSI adapter that is 
  16. serviced by a Future Domain driver, the installation halts with a 
  17. request for the OS/2 Warp CD. The CD is not recognized and installation
  18. stops.
  19.                                                                        
  20. The following drivers are affected:                                
  21.                                                                        
  22.    FD16-700.ADD                                                   
  23.    FD7000EX.ADD                                                   
  24.    FD8XX.ADD
  25.  
  26. When installing from diskettes, OS/2 usually cannot access any disks or
  27. media on the adapter after the first restart.

  29. RESOLUTION

  31. If you have this level of the Future Domain Drivers:

  47. The drivers that work correctly are the OS/2 Warp GA Future Domain 
  48. drivers, which are on the OS/2 Warp diskettes. They also are on the IBM
  49. PCC BBS (919-517-0001) and the Internet (http://www.pc.ibm.com). The 
  50. file to download is FDWPGA.ZIP. It contains:
