  11. DESCRIPTION
  12.  
  13. When attempting to apply FixPaks using SERVICE.EXE or FSERVICE.EXE, you 
  14. get an error message:
  15.  
  16. CSF0257 - No Products Found to Service.
  17.  
  18. This is due to a corrupted SYSLEVEL.OS2 file.
  19.  
  20. RESOLUTION
  21.  
  22. 1. Change to the C:\OS2\INSTALL subdirectory, where C: represents the 
  23.    drive that OS/2 is installed on.
  24.  
  25. 2. Type ATTRIB SYSLEVEL.OS2 -R, then press Enter.
  26.  
  27. 3. Type DEL SYSLEVEL.OS2, then press Enter.
  28.  
  29. 4. Insert OS/2 Installation Diskette 1 (the same version 
  30.    of OS/2 that is currently on the system) into drive A:.
  31.  
  32. 5. Type COPY A:\SYSLEVEL.OS2 C:\OS2\INSTALL, then press Enter.
