  11. DESCRIPTION

  13. When you install OS/2 Warp Connect, the system locks up on the file 
  14. COMMONA.DSP on Diskette 6. This usually occurs when installing from 
  15. CD-ROM, but can also happen when installing from diskettes.
  16.  
  17. RESOLUTION
  18.  
  19. This is caused by lack of space in the root directory. After loading 
  20. COMMONA.DSP, the system tries to create the GRPWARE subdirectory. If 
  21. the root directory has more than 60 files or subdirectories, there is 
  22. no more room and the system locks up.
  23.  
  24. Make sure that there are fewer than 60 files or subdirectories on the 
  25. root directory of the installation drive. Delete or move files to a 
  26. different location as necessary. Restart your system and begin 
  27. installation again.
