DESCRIPTION
During installation of OS/2 Warp 3.0, the following error is received
at Diskette 1:
A program in this session encountered a problem and
cannot continue.

RESOLUTION
A non-alphabetic character was used in the CONFIG.SYS file to remark-out
a statement. For example, instead of:
REM BASEDEV=IBM1S506.ADD
the statement might be:
;BASEDEV=IBM1S506.ADD
The use of the semicolon (;) results in the C0000005 error.
Make sure there are no such characters in the CONFIG.SYS statements.
