  13. On systems with an ATI Mach64 video adapter, installation of 
  14. OS/2 Warp 4 stops on Diskette 2, at the Loading, please wait... screen.

  18. Verify that your system CMOS has SERIAL2 set to COM2, not COM4.
  19. Refer to your system hardware documentation for instructions.
